TDA has become quite notorious for this so-called "DTC Chill" in OTC stocks over the past 6 months or so. It's not a DTC Chill at all.  I've called the DTC myself on several occasions, and they have confirmed there is no chill from the DTC. This is strictly a self-imposed chill from TDA that only affects TDA customers. And I have a sneaking suspicion they do it when they are shorting a stock.  Have you noticed the past few trading days that ATDF has constantly been throwing up a wall of 500k or 700k shares every one or 2 tics? And when that wall is taken out, they throw up another wall? I have fought this same thing in other stocks where TDA puts this "chill" on a stock only for their customers. This is such a crooked avenue they have taken to reinforce their ability to successfully short stocks. If you don't believe me, call the DTC for yourself and hear it first-hand.
