Tried to buy PNCH online: Order cannot be processed due to a DTC chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade.

You: Chill on PNCH? BOT PNCH two days ago online no problem. No mention of DTC Chill per DTCC.

Michael S.: Did you receive a DTC chill message when you attempted to trade the stock. I am not seeing a chill.

Michael S.: I will need to call our trading department and see if our system for checking chills has not been updated yet. One moment.
