I believe pembro is first line in MSI-H mcrc.

You may have meant for MSS. Agenus has had some good results and were thinking of applying for accelerated approval but FDA advised against it. With the new administration, they have requested a Type C meeting with FDA to once again try to see if an accelerated approval pathway is possible.
