Thanks, Kat. I don't know if an ICI will ever be of use in CRC -- would be happy to hear anyone's comment who might have a more learned opinion.
Re Glioblastoma: Ohm said more or less the same thing -- that to fully occupy CCR5 in the brain we might conceivably have to dose more often, since 700 mg is probably the max we can inject at a time. It does seem logical -- that if some of Leron is filtered out by the BBB, we'd need to get more Leron into the brain.
