Ken, I read your comment yesterday and thought wow that was bold! I wasn’t sure if he was going to answer, but I’ve noticed over time he usually does and I’m glad he did in this case. I know some have expressed skepticism that we would see PDL one up regulation in CRC, but I i also theorize that we will see it in the upcoming trial And if and when we do - watch out!
Glioblastoma should be next, but I also think we may need to increase the dose to compensate for an 80% or so crossing of the blood brain barrier
Meaning might need more drug to increase receptor occupancy in the brainso maybe dose LL 350 mg three times per week or even 700 mg twice per week. Maybe we won’t need to?
Very exciting times that we get to witness this trial as it unfold with DSMB decision-making and how it plays out into the final results
