This is truly amazing! From figure 4 of the chart:
5/7 who received ICI treatment with or post leronlimab are alive today! 5/6 if > 525mg dose of leronlimab
15/17 > 525mg dose had PD-L1 response levels medium or high
1/17 had sizable increase that did not quite reach medium PD-L1 level
1/17 had PD-L1 level decrease
1/4 350mg dose had PD-L1 response level medium
1/4 350mg dose showed sizable PD-L1 response but did not reach medium PD-L1 level
2/4 350mg dose had minimal PD-L1 response
7 did not have follow-up CTC samples
