Ohm, I may be misunderstanding what you're asking here. The PR says that 15 of 17 had a significantly increased level of PD-L1 and that 5 out of 5 who had high PD-L1 expression and were treated with ICI are alive. The way that reads to me is, of the 15 who showed significant increase in PD-L1, 5 of them were treated with an ICI and all 5 are alive today.
I think if any of the other 10 were treated with an ICI they wouldn't be able to say 5 out of 5, they would have had to say 5 out of however many of the 15 that were on an ICI.
I don't think this is ambiguous because in the PR when they state ,"The Company confirmed that 5/5 patients (100%) who demonstrated a significant increase in PD-L1 expression after receiving leronlimab and received treatment with any ICI remain alive today" they intentionally put the italics on the word "and". That reads that they confirmed that all 5 patients who received both are alive today. It would be a major screw up if they said 5/5 and that's not what they meant.
