With the malformed leronlimab and the antibodies possibly attacking normal leronlimab the ER RNA gene switch is the most important. The last thing needed is for leronlimab being killed off before it can bind. Scientists still haven't figured out the complexities of viral reservoirs. The trigger may be as simple as a very low amount of circulating HIV triggering release or that accompanied by immune challenge from another virus lowering the immune system's ability to fight back.
