Got a question for ohm.
Regarding the HIV-AAV Functional Cure Grant, what do you think matters more to obtaining the desired objective, a complete answer regarding the HIV Reservoir or the proper incorporation of the ER RNA Gene Switch ?
Certainly, it's best if both are obtained, but I'm curious to know, if with proper tweaking of the ER Gene Switch, the original problem of too much production of leronlimab could be overcome such that today, 4/4 macaques would have been virus free, had the switch been originally incorporated.
I think that regardless of what Jonah finds or discovers concerning the Reservoir, the AAV would eventually cause it to leech out and eventually eradicate it.
