It would depend on the comparison arm. If it's leronlimab + chemotherapy vs. chemotherapy than 150 patients would show very good statistical significance and superiority to chemotherapy + Trodelvy from their trial. What I'd like to see is leronlimab + chemotherapy vs.Trodelvy + chemotherapy with 350 patients. When leronlimab crushed Trodelvy we'd be a force to be reckoned with.
