Ohm, you posit..."Properly sized trial"...to provide irrefutable proof of efficacy...where trial size is debatable...how many patients need to be involved.?
We have the hammer...looking for a nail.
Is there a patient size...where no one argues... about how large/small it is?
In the past...We have done several where the lack of money... drove the equation...and the population size.
The regulatory agency then looks at the results...and either the dosage size or the patients size ends up in the Almost Anectodal bin.
