Definitely 350mg would have lesser effect so that wouldn't exist in a phase 3 trial. 750mg only had 3 patients but what the FDA is primarily going to look at is safety and we know leronlimab is safe at 700mg. We might be able to get just 700mg in a phase 3 trial but worst case scenario is a 525mg to 700mg dose escalation with all patients switching over to 700mg. With outside funding we'd be able to even get a properly sized trial.
