I listened to the CC again. They hired a drafts person in 2012 to document #3 with Engineering prints and complete docs for replication of #3 and assembly of #4 and #5. This sounds like drawings were made after #3. All the parts for #3 are in Niagara. #4 and #5 are being assembled. It looks like they have a handle on what I made comments about. I hope they are doing drawings of the system build for replication and assembly.

JBII is now working with the Harris Group on plastic pre-processing, and Islechem on structures and systems for ops and maintenance.

I did my biggest project without CAD, and I wasn't designing components. My company started using CAD about a year after I finished. Someone else took my handwritten docs and snipits from my memory, and made drawings after the fact. I would have liked to have the drawings before I started. It was more difficult without them, and harder to get a handle on costs.
