Evil: I sent an email to IR recently asking about the possibility of an old friend participating in the Alzheimer's study through the Cleveland Clinic. I received a very courteous reply from Dr Jay within an hour explaining that it would not be possible.

I have no other experience with emailing IR, but would expect that Tyler has to supervise all incoming emails, and determine if and how the company can respond to requests for info. However, I can totally understand the frustration that results on our end when no substantive response is received.
