Serious question… has anyone ever emailed IR and received a helpful reply? Everyone I know who has sent mgmt questions has received a stock “We only communicate in official PRs etc.” or it’s a curt and patronizing “Don’t email mgmt”

Curious if those who emailed about CRC Phase 3 will even get an answer
