Your point is well taken that all of the sources so far rely on Refinitiv. Do we have corroboration from any other source than Refinitiv?
Conversely, if Refinitiv is correct (they got the scoop) and the others are wrong, then I wonder about why there has been no filing as Ohm has stated so well.
Can a company can file for an extension on the requirement to file within 5 days, or if a private placement hasn't closed yet, can they could delay the filing that way?
Really don't know much about private placements and the like or buying shares that are not on the open market, but I just am wondering if Refinitiv was right, and there has been increased institutional ownership, is there any workaround for the requirement or any reason it could be delayed?
