Im' waiting on the annual and first q of 2013 as well, but to act like those 2 or done... Meh my mind doesn't work that way.  For me, it has to be officially announced or something could fall thru. And those are 2 GIANT pieces of the revenue pie. So with the countdown and the statement about closing the Punch deal on the 3rd I really thought that we would get the Punch stuff.
