How I feel about it is that until i see a major fundamental red flag, I am buying @ these levels as my funds and other positions permit.  The news may not have impressed some of the people on stock message boards, but it worked for whomever was sitting on the BID with a 500K share order right after.  ICPA is a new media company.  It's like everyone is expecting "ICPA strikes the largest gold deposit known to man in South Africa"  type of news.  You're not going to get it, and that's a good thing.  We are awaiting CVDN PR and details on the Punch deal.  They are coming this month.  In the mean time I don't mind being made aware of progress ICPA is making in other areas.

But then, I'm holding long, so the day to day reactions to news don't bug me.  I have about 10% of my position free to trade in the swings and all the patience in the world.  I get excited about the news as a curiosity.  I'm waiting for 2012 FINS and beyond.
