I did almost the same thing--not all but 75%. Had to pay a bit in taxes but I feel the short term pain is worth the long term gain.
The only problem is waiting 5 yrs to access the money. At this point in my life, that is a long time. Worst case scenario, sell what you want after it has gone up in price and access other monies.
