I predicted he would be good and he was,
He was the attorney who defended the Redskins against sexual misconduct a few years ago - I don't remember anyone going to jail. I don't need to say much here 'cept he went after the government hard During the voire dire process they were able to get 5 African American jurors and it may have been 6
"here's where the government pulled the wool over your eyes" and "we had to fight them to get documents" were just 2 of the more brilliant ways that he made the government look heavy handed
At times he soft bashed CYDY by saying stuff like even if CYDY was putting out those PRs, it was obvious that KK had nothing to do with it
I didn't like that part at all and thought it was bush league but it sure felt like it helped KK.
When he was doneit almost seemed like people wanted to clap, he was that good

Defense had their rebuttal, and it was equal or less to NPs attorney but by that time it looked like nobody was listening.
