Asked by Agent Parker if FDA helped in the investigation and obviously they had so as to attack credibility of FDA further.
Defense went over our lovely Proactive videos and basically said that there was nothing wrong nor ubcommon from a business point of view.
Closing arguments came down to whether NP acted in Good Faith was willful in misleading and was it material.
My opinion of the defense was that it was better than the prosecutors but not off the charts great.
Last words from NP attorney was that the Gov't has a greater burden to prove their case and that is why they get to speak last.
