If we are going to talk potential dilution we must first ask is there a market for snpw shares and at what price.

Based on the current status of the company my opinion is there isn’t a market for their shares. If there is a market, I doubt the low market value wouldn’t be acceptable to snpw.

Is it possible that zero of the new shares have been sold due to either there being no market for the shares or an unfavorable market valuation. I think so.
