Yes, you are correct. I was just trying to figure out why the OS jumped so much to 993+K. Guess I looked in wrong direction.
Given that the OS was 763+K and with the "supposedly" 260K fractional shares adjustment after RS, these number somewhat geld near the 993K. Rory did say for those waiting for the 260 not to hold their breath, but maybe they got some of them anyway.
“Do not underestimate our resolve to protect our company and our stockholders,” stated Rory J. Cutaia , VERB Chairman & CEO. “For those of you waiting to receive your 260,000 round-up shares, here’s some advice, don’t hold your breath.”
I just wished VERB could become a normal trading stock after all these years.
