Surprised no one mentioned the revenue targets for RSU bonuses.
For VERB to max out, they would need to hit $900,000 this year and / or $9.6M next year which is about right where the market cap is at the moment of $9.7M.
Would the sp be at $9.18 a share if they had revenue equal to revenue?
I think not. I believe at last 10 times higher if not 20 or 100. Remember...
The market loves accelerated growth and that would be over the top acceleration.
