I just tried buying shares thru one of my Fidelity accounts and got the following:
(020255) Buy orders are not allowed for this security.
I then contacted a Fidelity Rep and they stated that VERB is currently restricted for personal investing due to the investigation of price manipulation.
Here is Fidelity's response about the restriction ...
"Okay! There is a stop trading for the security for personal investing. We can still place it though over the phone or even chat, I can place the trade right now if you'd like. Looks like due to the status of the company with the NASDAQ and the investigation for price manipulations the buy orders are only allowed through a rep."
