What is a joke is that a former "self proclaimed CEO" doesn't understand basic business practices. Personal attacks make you look small and further proves you are unable to defend your opinions, excuses and cheerleading.

NDA are common business practices are they not?

Many companies don't disclose sensitive on going negotiations until they have something in writing and the permission of the partner to the shareholder do they not?

A former CEO should know about a company running silence for varies reasons, should they not?

Large companies plan out projects years in advance do they not?
