Your excuses are indefensible on every single point listed.
Does he not believe Solray matters? At the moment NO, the non operational that has no product currently available for sale matters. Being operational/non operational isn’t the factor. The factor is what is reported in the public domain on their website. It creates confusion, concern and needs to be clarified and defined.
Go ahead prove me wrong buy something from them and share the invoice. ROFLMAO! Again, it’s not about being operational. This is irrevelent and not the factor.
Does he not believe an update on the latest site survey matters? When they have something concrete to up date that they no is beyond being interfered with I sure they will just like then done in the past. Once something is reported, such as a site survey, the company creates the expectation for an update within a reasonable timeline.
Does he not believe an update on a timeline as to when filings will be current? He believes that the company has a reason they CHOOSE not to file at this time, since we know it not a matter of no revenue since they told us it a matter to stop interference of what they are working on as happen in the past. Shareholders deserve an update. Period.
Does he not believe an update on Foxess relative to revenue matters Not at all he believe FoxEss interest in SNPW goes far beyond just be a distributor of FoxEss products. An as a former CEO you should know big companies like FoxEss make their plans YEARS in advance and very secretive. Shareholders deserve an update. A global partner with no sales in two years.
All my tough questions that matter
What is a joke is that a former "self proclaimed CEO" doesn't understand basic business practices. Personal attacks make you look small and further proves you are unable to defend your opinions, excuses and cheerleading.
