HOW are they able to showcase "slowing in cognitive decline"...and how is it that...a trickle is better than a flood...???..."higher dosage appeared no better than placebo."
I'm thinking about our 350 MG dosage ...seemed more efficacious than the 700MG...WHY is this...? or am I misremembering...from several years back.
The ADAS-Cog14 is a scale used to measure cognitive decline. As Ohm replied "No surprise there. Lower amounts of IL-2 would increase T-regulatory cells decreasing inflammation a bit. Higher levels of IL-2 increase inflammatory cytokines and cell killing macrophages which would negatively affect Alzheimer's."
As for our MASH results, Ohm previously hypothesized that perhaps our 700 mg had included heterozygous delta 32 mutation patients.
