HOW are they able to showcase "slowing in cognitive decline"...and how is it that...a trickle is better than a flood...???..."higher dosage appeared no better than placebo."

I'm thinking about our 350 MG dosage ...seemed more efficacious than the 700MG...WHY is this...? or am I misremembering...from several years back.
