The claim you made had nothing to do with Rhode Island. It had to do with the states snpw was in review with for tax -exempt bonds - see the March 1, 2021 tweet outlined below.

Once again I am asking for you to substantiate your claim whereby you stated

. Where does snpw state this - provide a link. What happened to the tax exempt bonds referenced? Note: This subject is about the other states referenced in March 2021, months prior to the RI denial in mid July 2021.
