The CEO told shareholdear in June 6 2023 why a SNPW owned medrecycler failed to go in one state
"MedRecycler-RI Inc was removed from SNPW when we could not obtain a state bond unless we removed it from the SNPW business plan."
To put a a Medrecycler into other states the only denominator SNPW lack was financing.
