In order to secure permanent financing for their medical waste to energy project (the project being the MR-RI) had to give up ownership of the MR-RI.
If SNPW was able to get financing on their own SNPW wouldn't have to give up ownership of MR-RI now would they?.
Instead of me having to do your work for you, how about you show us where SNPW was able to get financing in order to retain ownership of MR-RI let alone expand to other states.
