The company achieved the objective under the laws the were in placed during their ENTIRE APPLICATION process.
The company was only halted due to a law that was not on the books during the entire application process.
In the RI-DEM final denial there was no rebuttal by the RI-DEM that the process was unsafe for the location chosen or failed to meet EPA standards.
For shareholders prior to Jan 2021 it was a very positive success and those that lost money after the run should point their displeasure to the RI legislature that changed the rules of the game after the game was over.
