Trying to make chicken salad out of chicken shit is ill- advised. Isn’t it time you stopped tripping over something behind you?
The company failed in achieving their objective. A step prior, I think the company failed in their decision to take on such a project.
Further, there is not an excellent look anywhere to be found here. They failed. Time invested was wasted time. Wasted money. Their commitment to a failure isn’t a positive, it’s a negative. There wasn’t a project that got done or completed. The odds weren’t good from the get go.
Risk assessment analysis should have passed on such a project from the get go. No experience in this space. Pyrolysis is/was a highly belated technology. The company was financially limited. There was a pandemic going on. The project dealt with medical waste. Come on, seriously folks.

Why bring it up?
It is an excellent look to show how much time the company is willing to work to complete a project, how committed they are to get a project done once they start and what doors the CEO is able to open for financing .[/
