it doesn't matter 2024 or 2026, it ain't happening
26 months since IRA and DPA went into affect. Snpw has been flat broke, in the bread line, not even able to afford getting dinosaur (5 yr old) solar panel patents U.L. certified.
But, 388K of SG&A left the cupboards in just 90 days in Q3 2023. And nearly 800K of SG&A, for the 12 months prior to Oct. 1, 2023, and throwing up a horrendous 12 months of 45k of revenue and $0 revenue in the 90 days pertaining to the last SEC filing for Q3 2023 (year ago).
Dozens of legitimate solar companies, private and public, have dominated the space, filled with incentives and ramping up manufacturing exceptions, for the past 26 months.
Post link below mentions 2024 manufacturing vs 2026 manufacturing requirements for U.S. made solar. Total waste of time mentioning Sun Pac and solar power manufacturing in the same sentence at this point. The company can't even file with the SEC on time for months and months.
