I don’t recall, but I did find the below article. I believe an appeal was also filed against the Medi denial by RIDEM. At one time there were numerous discussion on this board that snpw could possibly win a settlement over the new law put into place that prevented the use of pyrolysis technology. Also remember the thinking that the RIDEM potentially overstepped their authority by citing this new law for their denial of the snpw project.

Anyone remember how these issues were resolved? Case still pending etc?
