but, there's always time to threaten message board posters with subpoenas and police reports when all else fails. maybe these legal expenses will show up in the company's audited SEC filings, sometime, before some toxic "spin off" agreement, involving another solar marketing company, like the competitive SolRay having the same ceo as Snpw?
