I agree 100%.
Something else to consider if it is a scam why would David own more than 50 % of the scam?
I have noticed over the years most scam stocks have the key insiders owning single digit percentages.
Another thing they typically have in common
Authorized share count is maxed out at all times.
Just my two cents.
