You are correct. A few large indication approvals (Alzheimer's, ME/CFS/Long Covid, MASH) would mean massive production of leronlimab and a drop in costs. The $32,000 a year retail for leronlimab I envisioned could go even lower. Which still seems high but once you take into account low efficacy of current treatments, current drug prices, hospitalization and palliative care and economic burden to the government due to social support it's a relatively cheap price. With the bean-counters you have to make a case for the economics but decreasing suffering is the moral imperative.
