We know where this is going. MDGL certainly has the option to allow the data to Become public, unless, both companies agreed that the mouse data will remain private- And I’m not sure that has been considered on this board.
So let’s assume the data is as good as we all expect and MDGL decides to keep the mouse data private, but wants to move into human trials before they pull the trigger on an agreement.
They have that right, but they just cost themselves a hell of a lot more money if the data in human trials is as good or better than the mouse trials.
