720MW LOI 21 months ago and no funding?? lol
sounds like a huge trust factor, doesn't it? no surprise, with such a brutal track record.
Or is the 720MW LOI a bunch of bullshit? maybe the lender got jerked around? lol
one could call that bad karma.
p.s. trying to borrow 50 mil and admittedly only need 37 mil? haha!
lender would normally look at a 720MW (estimated $350 mil of annual sales) and lending 35 mil to 50 mil?
methinks every potential lender on the planet has an issue with that so-called 720MW LOI from 21 months ago.
it's all a big house of cards.
hope all is going well with the new startup competitive company SolRay.
not a bad idea to go dark and take the time to try and empty out Snpw/SPP (including shareholders) before filing for the end. get that BK liability down to $0 dollars and only a handful of shareholders left.
in my opinion
cheers
