So Joe on the webinar said that on July 5, they sent in their application to the SEC and that they have been working with the SEC since last August so he is saying weeks maybe even days away for the approval of their launch now someone asked him launch date time frame..well with that comment he added that he’s looking at early fall at Max late winter At that timeframe you of course will know which companies are going into the dream exchange so the question is if they do get SCC approval days from now, how fast will they push this to get an actual launch date again he did mention early fall next time frame winner
