Why would Doc be looking at the venture exchange when he has been saying for years he is looking to put us on NASDAQ? I do not think we would ever be on the venture exchange for small companies.
As far as joining either the larger DE exchange (pending SEC approval) or NASDAQ, UNVC won't ever leave OTC until Doc decides to launch. Seeing as how we are shell risk now I would think that becomes an urgent matter in his mind.
All of our money is entirely dependent on Doc launching. Don't know of anyone that has a clue what we are waiting on. I still support UNVC completely, but time is not on our side. If a company gets deemed a shell it is very difficult to regain proper quotes.
