"Stand tall and grow back'?
Grow back as in 15M news jobs, a healthy stock market, positive GDP....no recession, that's the GOP's job......low unemployment, an Infrastructure Bill that IS repairing an rebuilding what has long been neglected, a Chips and Science Bill that is drawing in private investments.....
https://www.commerce.senate.gov/2023/8/on-one...20Cantwell.
“Over the last year, the landmark CHIPS and Science Act seeded a resurgence of American manufacturing, innovation, and entrepreneurship. More than $230 billion invested in domestic semiconductor manufacturing is creating thousands of good-paying jobs,”
And then there's the cap on insulin prices.
Now, What did Trump do that was anywhere near as consequential?
Not a f'ing thing. He blew the pandemic response resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths and left us with a sharp recession and 20 million jobs lost.
I GET that he says what you think, hates the people you hate, but NONE of that left the country better off than before he took office.
