When you lay it out like this, it seems like he and Mitch have come in to plug all the leaks so they can sell the company. Get rid of all of the negative stuff, have two strong phase II studies with some mouse studies in the wings, plump that share price up, and sell to the highest bidder.

I listened to an interview with the CEO of Cel-Sci where he said that's his plan once they get approval. He said something to the effect of "why go to the trouble of hiring and training a full sales force when these big guys already have all of that in place?"
