I had the same reaction initially. My initial thought was that Scott Kelly was in charge after Nader’s exit, and before his own, when the 100m PR came out. I started to feel better about the settlement when I realized we have no more promotional marketeers in the C-suite, and are moving the race horse to the front now. No more mud in our eyes.
