While I respect the opinions of those who are glad it's over and happy we can now move forward - immediately, my first response was, "This settlement is missing a 0."

How soon we forget the YEARS Amawreck set us back, all the additional fund raising we had to endure, dilution to keep the lights on... Yes, this moves us forward and $100M was probably a long shot to begin with, but this does not provide justice (IMHO) for the damage they did to us. Apologies for my negative opinion of this outcome. The punishment did not fit the crime in this case.
