I think it's more than a coincidence that there is in increase in volume and the sp is falling in parallel with the warrant offer. And, although I'm not involved in it, I have to believe the company is giving the warrant holders incentive to exercise at the current sp. Otherwise, why would anyone exercise them at this time? If the company's giving them enough incitive to exercise their warrants, then they have the incitive to sell their shares to fund it.
