I agree - warrant conversion people are not the big sellers of stock at this time
Per the SEC filing, Warrant cost will be priced at the max of .16 cents or 70% of the average VWAP next week or on June 30 so no need to sell at 14 cents to exercise warrants at potentially 16 cents (almost 15%) higher.
Also not forcing price down since any lower repricing is based on prices next week.
Need another theory because blaming warrant holders raising cash doesn’t not make sense and the people talking about it repeating it over and over won’t make it more true.
