That's why I think it's more documentary material. You can make an hour doc for $800K. Of course you don't reach many millions of people, but you reach millions.

American Experience on PBS has done shows on Tuberculosis, Cholera, Influenza, Typhoid, and other diseases. They only do history shows, but this will be history soon. Right now it's more in the Frontline area.
